Arbeloa bids farewell to his Real Madrid managerial career and is ready to embrace new challenges.

In the final round of La Liga, Real Madrid will host Athletic Bilbao at the Bernabéu Stadium. This match is not only the final game of the season, but also the last game for manager Álvaro Arbeloa in charge of Real Madrid this season.

When asked about his relationship with the locker room and the challenges of managing a 25-man squad, Arbeloa said, "It's normal to have disagreements when dealing with so many ambitious players. There are always more unhappy players than satisfied players in every game."

“But I always focus on positive things. I have a good relationship with almost all the players and have resolved a lot of issues. I am very grateful for the players’ efforts over the past four months. I have always put the interests of Real Madrid first, so I have no regrets.”
