Kompany emphasized that Bayern Munich has always considered the German Cup title a major goal.

The 2025/26 German Cup final will be held, with Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich traveling to the Berlin Olympic Stadium to face Stuttgart for the title. Vincent Kompany stated at a press conference that winning the German Cup is one of his team's key objectives.

In the final round of the Bundesliga last week, Bayern Munich defeated Cologne 5-1 thanks to a brace from Kane, as well as goals from Tom Büschoff and Jackson, thus securing a victory to advance to the German Cup final.
