B8 Official: Effective immediately, we are parting ways with 21-year-old sniper headtr1ck.

Ukrainian CS2 team B8 officially announced on Wednesday that they have parted ways with Daniil Valitov (ID: headtr1ck), effective immediately. What headtr1ck will do after becoming a free agent is currently unknown.

The statement reads: "headtr1ck has officially become a free agent. Thank you for the time we spent together—the matches, the work, and every moment we shared as a team. This is an important chapter in our history."

The 21-year-old headtr1ck was originally a NAVI youth academy prospect and was promoted to the main team in January 2023. He mainly played as a sniper for NAVI, appearing on 176 maps and participating in 4599 rounds during his time with the team, with an average personal rating of 1.08.

Since joining B8 in April 2024, headtr1ck has played on 490 maps and participated in 10,761 rounds, with an average rating of 1.09. His last appearance for B8 was at the StarLadder Budapest Major held from November 24 to December 14, 2025, where he helped the team achieve a 9th to 11th place finish.

In January of this year, headtr1ck was relegated to the bench by B8. He was temporarily replaced by Mihailo-Nazari Byber (ID: segukawa) and later by Daniel Vinic (ID: s1zzi).
