Tom Bishov is grateful for the trust he has earned from manager Vincent Kompany.

In a recent interview, Bayern Munich midfielder Tom Büschoff spoke about head coach Vincent Kompany, saying he has learned a lot from him and is grateful for the trust he has earned.

Tom Bischoff, 20, officially joined Bayern Munich in June 2025 and contributed 3 goals and 3 assists in the 2025/26 Bundesliga season, winning the Bundesliga title with the team.

Speaking about Bayern Munich coach Vincent Kompany, Tom Büschoff said, "I have learned a lot from the coach. He trusts me and allows me to play positions like left-back and right-back."

“He always made me feel his trust in me, and I think that would be a huge help to a player, especially a young player like me.”

Tom Bischoff continued, "He gave me tremendous help when I first arrived at Bayern Munich. He would guide and coach me on every run and every movement I made."

“Now I’m gradually realizing how much all of this has helped me grow. In my career, I’ve never learned as much as I have under him.”

On the other hand, Bayern Munich will travel to the Berlin Olympic Stadium to compete for the German Cup title in the 2025/26 season, which is also Bayern Munich's chance to win the double.
