L'Equipe reported on Tuesday that Real Madrid's coaching staff is very unhappy with the attitude of their France international striker Kylian Mbappé.
According to the report, the Real Madrid coaching staff is extremely unhappy with Mbappé's tendency to cause trouble within the team, particularly his alleged cliques with French teammates such as Eduardo Camavinga and Aurélien Tchouaméni, as well as his unserious attitude during training.
It is understood that he has clashed with interim coach Álvaro Arbeloa several times over tactical philosophies, sometimes requiring intervention from other teammates.
This report was later confirmed by Spanish online media outlet Relevo's resident renowned Italian transfer journalist Matteo Moretto.
He said Mbappé did indeed recently clashed with Arbeloa and the coaching staff, seemingly due to his attitude, but this has not affected the player's image in the eyes of the management.
Currently, Real Madrid's management, led by President Florentino Pérez, still highly rates Mbappé. Meanwhile, the management has gradually accepted the possibility of ending the season empty-handed and remains confident that the former Paris Saint-Germain striker can lead the team to better things next season.
Conversely, Pérez has begun reviewing the suitability of Arbeloa as the first-team's head coach with other management members and the technical staff. The worst-case scenario is that the club legend may be sacked at the end of the season.
It's worth mentioning that even before this scandal broke, Mbappé had already been jokingly referred to as the "Real Madrid dictator" by netizens.
In recent weeks, the internet has been flooded with various memes depicting Mbappé dressed as a World War II general, mocking him as a "dictator." Some even deliberately created a large banner with this meme and hung it in the stands of the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu during Real Madrid's Champions League match.
Ultimately, Mbappé himself, upon seeing the meme, jokingly pleaded with fans on his personal social media account to stop doing this.
This season, Mbappé has made 41 appearances for the La Liga giants in all competitions, scoring 41 goals and providing 6 assists.
