Counter Strike 2: Passion UA withdraw from the BC.Game Masters Championship Season 2, ending their season prematurely..

Ukrainian Counter Strike 2 club Passion UA announced on Tuesday via their official X (Twitter) account that the team will withdraw from the BC.Game Masters Championship Season 2, ending their season prematurely.

Passion UA did not explain the reasons for their decision in their official statement, only confirming that the team's season is not over.

This decision also means that Passion UA's last appearance this season was at last week's Intel Extreme Masters (IEM) Atlanta.

At that time, the Ukrainian Counter Strike 2 club finished last in the US-based tournament and was eliminated.

After the tournament, In-Game Leader JT, in an interview with HLTV, said, "We need to know our future plans, determine who our five core players are, we need to sign some players, and improve our roster. Right now, we're a bit lost and keep making the same mistakes."

In fact, JT's comments summarize the major problems Passion UA faced in the first half of the year.

This season, the team has undergone significant roster overhaul, signing two heavyweight players, try and Senzu.

However, this big-money signing didn't bring Passion UA good fortune. They not only missed the IEM Cologne Major, but also dropped to 48th in the VRS rankings.

Later, Senzu moved to BC.Game, and sdy filled his position on-loan.

However, with the team now announcing the premature end of the season, it's unclear whether sdy will remain with the team for the new season.

Passion UA's current roster is:

In-Game Leader: JT

Rifler: Kvem

Rifler: nicx

Rifler: sdy (on loan from ENCE)

AWP-er: try

Head Coach: T.c

AWP-er: hallzerk (benched)

Rifler: jackasmo (on-loan at Fnatic)
