Marcelino is well aware that the match against Real Mallorca will be challenging, but the team still hopes to perform at the highest level.

Villarreal head coach Marcelino García Toral attended the pre-match press conference, previewing the team's away game against Real Mallorca in the 35th round of La Liga.

At the press conference, Marcelino García Toral said: "I want to thank everyone. We are proud of the work we have done. Of course, we are also deeply grateful for everything we have gone through together, as well as the support and treatment given to us by the Villarreal management, players, staff and fans."

“We are very proud of this wonderful and successful journey, and we are pleased that it has ended in this way. I have nothing but gratitude for Fernando Roig and Fernando Roig Negreros. They have always given us ample space to work and have provided us with support and friendship.”

"Furthermore, I am very grateful for the respect shown by the players, thank you to every single one of them, and I am proud of everything this team has achieved. I will always be grateful for the support the fans have given me. The match against Levante a few days ago was a very touching moment for me."

Looking ahead to the final stages of the season, Marcelino emphasized that the team remains highly motivated. He stated, "We have an obligation to perform at our best and hope to solidify our third-place position. Our goal on this trip to Mallorca is to take all three points."

“Real Mallorca’s recent form has improved significantly, and their home performance has also been solid. The intense competition among many teams in the lower half of the league reflects the high level of competition in La Liga as a whole. We know this will be a difficult away game, but we hope to play to the highest standard and strive for the ideal result of taking all three points.”
