ENCE has officially announced the disbandment of its CS roster and plans to build a team centered around Finnish players.

Finnish esports club ENCE has announced the disbandment of its existing CS roster. They have placed all their CS2 players and coaching staff on the transfer list and plan to build a team with a distinctly local flavor.

The announcement stated, "Following an in-depth strategic review with the company's management and major shareholders, we have decided to refocus ENCE on our homeland – Finland."

“Since its inception, ENCE has been committed to building a competitive and sustainable esports club. In recent years, we have continuously invested a lot of resources in participating in international competitions and have assembled a roster that can reach the top level in the CS field. Unfortunately, in the current esports ecosystem, it is becoming increasingly difficult for ENCE to maintain this strategy.”

"Instead of sticking to the old path, we should choose to restart the journey and create a brand new future with a long-term vision."

"Our future direction is quite clear: to rebuild a CS team with Finnish talent at its core and cultivate the next generation of Finnish esports stars. We believe that returning to our roots will not only lay the foundation for sustainable development in the future, but also strengthen the connection between ENCE and the Finnish CS community."

"As part of this transformation, all CS2 main members, including the coaching staff, have been relegated to the bench and are open for transfer negotiations."

"To all our fans: Thank you for standing with us all this way. Change is never easy, but we believe this restart will give us the opportunity to create something amazing again. We will move forward steadily and with a long-term perspective. Our goal is very clear: to bring Finnish CS2 back to the international stage. Now is the time to write a new chapter – to usher in a new era for Finnish CS2 and cultivate a new generation of ENCE players."

"We will announce the follow-up steps of this new chapter soon."

The following players have been demoted by ENCE and added to the transfer list:
