In the 34th round of the 2025/26 Bundesliga season, Bayern Munich, who had already secured the title, hosted Cologne at home. They ultimately defeated their opponents 5-1, ending the season with a resounding victory.

Bayern Munich took the initiative early, breaching Cologne's goal just 10 minutes into the game: Joshua Kimmich delivered a cross from the right wing, and Harry Kane volleyed home inside the box to open the scoring. In the 13th minute, Kane converted a free kick from the edge of the box, extending the lead to 2-0.

In the 18th minute, Said Mara intercepted Jamal Musiala's possession in the opponent's half and then scored a solo goal to pull one back for Cologne. However, Bayern widened the gap again in just 4 minutes: Lennart Karl cut inside from the right and passed the ball back to Tom Bishov, who fired a low shot into the bottom right corner of the goal from outside the penalty area.
