Nathaniel Klein admitted that he was really looking forward to the final and hoped that his team could win.

Nathaniel Klein said he was very proud to be part of Crystal Palace's milestone victory in the second leg of the UEFA Europa League semi-final against Shakhtar Donetsk.  

In the final stages of a memorable night in South London, Nathaniel Clyne came on as a substitute to make his 250th appearance for Crystal Palace, receiving a thunderous ovation as he entered the pitch.  

When asked if he had anticipated reaching the European final with Crystal Palace, he said, "Probably not, but you always have to have the best expectations. We've done a fantastic job, the team's performance throughout the league season deserves recognition and praise, and we're looking forward to the final."  

"Obviously, it's a huge achievement to be a part of the European tournament at Selhurst Park. I'm delighted to be a member of this team and I'm really looking forward to the final, hoping we can win the game."  

“Although I have made a lot of appearances, I still enjoy every moment. I am very proud to have reached the milestone of 250 appearances. I am proud to be a part of this team and proud to be able to make history with the club.”  

When asked why the team has reached this level, Nathaniel Klein said, "We have a group of very good players who are hungry for success and achievement."  

"Following our success last season, we are giving it our all again this season and are even more eager to win. This is the mentality we have and the overall quality of the players in the locker room, and I think tonight's game proved that very well."
