Chengdu AG Super Play defeated Beijing JDG 4-3, successfully advancing to the 2026 King of Glory Challenger Cup Finals.

In a key match of the 2026 Honor of Kings Challenger Cup double-elimination tournament, D9, Chengdu AG Super Play defeated Beijing JDG 4-3 after seven intense games, successfully advancing to the finals. With this hard-won victory, Chengdu AG Super Play maintains an undefeated record in the finals, once again demonstrating the team's strong resilience and championship potential.  

In the decisive game, Chengdu AG Super Play player Da Shuai (Meng Jiajun) delivered a stellar performance as Lu Ban Master, earning the MVP award for his numerous crucial team fight initiations and excellent team fight command. Especially in the critical team fights of the late game, his decisive initiations helped his team gain an advantage, making him a key figure in Chengdu AG Super Play securing the victory.  

In the early stages of the match, Beijing JDG took the initiative. At 3 minutes and 45 seconds, three Beijing JDG players ganked Sikong Zhen in the jungle, successfully killing him and securing the first blood. They then took the first mini-tyrant, establishing an early advantage. Around 5 minutes and 30 seconds, a team fight broke out in the mid lane, ending in a one-for-one exchange, temporarily bringing the game to a stalemate.  

Seven minutes into the game, Chengdu AG Super Play began to gradually take control. In a team fight that erupted in the red buff area, Chengdu AG Super Play successfully killed Lu Ban Master and forced out Ao Yin's ultimate, laying the foundation for subsequent resource control. At 8 minutes and 40 seconds, Yi Nuo (Xu Bicheng) used Ao Yin to crucially steal the mini-tyrant, and then quickly finished off Lu Ban Master. Taking advantage of this, Chengdu AG Super Play seized the blue buff and destroyed the outer mid-lane tower, officially taking control of the game.  

Entering the mid-game, Chengdu AG Super Play gradually gained the upper hand in terms of operation and resource control. At 10 minutes and 30 seconds, Chengdu AG Super Play once again took the initiative to invade the blue buff area. Yi Nuo (Xu Bicheng)'s Ao Yin was the first to kill Lu Ban Master, and then Xuan Ran (Liu Ming)'s Si Kong Zhen followed up to take down Yuan Liu's Son (tank), helping the team achieve a 2-for-0 exchange. With this advantage, Chengdu AG Super Play successfully took down the Shadow Tyrant and was the first to break through the bottom lane high ground, further widening the economic gap.  

The match reached its climax at the 14-minute mark. Chengdu AG Super Play initiated a decisive team fight near the top lane high ground tower. DaShuai11's LuBan Master decisively initiated the fight, and XuanRan's SiKongZhen quickly followed up with damage, achieving a double kill. Chengdu AG Super Play then scored a 2-for-0 exchange. The team then pushed directly to the crystal, successfully winning the decisive game and eliminating Beijing JDG 4-3, advancing to the 2026 King of Glory Challenger Cup Finals.
