Vitor Pereira expressed his hope that the players would play with confidence and showcase Nottingham Forest's style of football.

Vitor Pereira has stated his hope that Nottingham Forest players will showcase their strengths when they face Manchester United away from home. This match will be Forest's final away game of the Premier League season, and the team will travel to Old Trafford for an early game on May 17th, with a chance to temporarily rise to 13th place in the standings before the rest of the day's matches.

Nottingham Forest manager Vitor Pereira wants his team to stick to their style of play against Manchester United and unleash their full potential. Pereira said, "In football, a team must develop its own style of play. Once that system is established, I won't care whether the opponent is Manchester United or not."

"Of course we will respect a powerhouse like Manchester United, but I would prefer to see the team play with confidence and personality. I hope Nottingham Forest can play at their own pace and showcase our style of football. Now that the team has had time to recover, we will go to Old Trafford with the mindset of enjoying the game and doing our best to prove ourselves."

Vitor Pereira believes the team's performance in domestic and European competitions this season has been satisfactory, allowing the club to look to the future with greater positivity. He stated, "We have built a solid foundation, so the most important thing is to maintain stability and continue to develop. I don't want any major changes, because that would mean starting all over again."

“I would prefer to preserve the foundation the team has already built and make the roster more balanced through targeted adjustments. This is very important because we have time to allow the players to align tactically and mentally. I believe we can look to the future with a positive mindset.”
