Following Wolves' away defeat to Brighton, Totti Gomez apologized to the fans who had traveled to support the team. The defender witnessed his team concede two goals within the first five minutes at Amex Stadium and admitted that the game had become extremely difficult at that stage. Brighton then maintained control of the game and sealed the victory with a late goal.  

Totti Gomez acknowledged that it had been a difficult and long season for the team. After the match, he also expressed his understanding and apologies to the fans who had traveled to support the team. He said, "It has been a long and challenging season. We knew we needed to attack their weaknesses and try to build momentum through passing in the back. We did make an effort and created some chances, but unfortunately we couldn't capitalize on them. In the end, they pulled one back, and we conceded another goal at a very unlucky moment."
