Anunoby is out due to a right hamstring injury and is listed as a day-to-day observation.

May 9th - The New York Knicks officially announced that forward OG Anunoby will miss Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals due to a right hamstring strain. However, the team stated that his injury is not serious and he is currently listed as day-to-day.

Anunoby was injured late in Game 2 of the series. He appeared to experience leg discomfort after one possession and signaled for a substitution, not returning to the bench. Anunoby had an outstanding performance in that game, contributing 24 points.

So far in the playoffs, Anunoby has averaged 21.4 points per game with a field goal percentage of 61.9% and a three-point percentage of 53.8% , becoming a key pillar for the Knicks on both ends of the court.

Anunoby has always been considered the Knicks' most important defensive anchor on the perimeter, and his hamstring injury has made the team extra cautious. It's worth mentioning that Anunoby also suffered a hamstring injury in the second round of the playoffs two years ago.
