Sheep Esports exclusively reported on Monday that the new French League of Legends club French Flair, which was founded by G2 streamer TraYtoN, will not participate in any LFL tournaments in 2026.
According to the report, despite securing a 3rd place finish in the LFL Invitational and thus an invitation to the 2026 LFL season, French Flair immediately decided to decline the invitation.
TraYtoN did not explain the reasons for French Flair's decision not to participate in the 2026 LFL tournaments, but it has been confirmed that the team will continue to participate in the ongoing EMEA Masters Winter=.
With French Flair's withdrawal, their LFL Spring Split spot has been confirmed to be taken by two non-LFL teams.
TLN Pirates, who performed well in the Invitational, finishing 4th, and Skillcamp, who finished in the top 6, will both be invited to participate in the LFL Spring Split again.
Karmine Corp (KC)'s academy team, KC Blue, will once again challenge for glory in the LFL Spring Split after concluding their LEC competition earlier this month.
French Flair is a new team founded in early December 2025 by TraYtoN, a French player from the Vitality Academy and a streamer for G2.
The team's current roster includes:
Top: Adam
Mid: Saken
Bot: 3XA
Support: Targamas
Jungle: NattyNatt
These players are all established stars who have previously achieved top-3 finishes in multiple top-tier tournaments.
Prior to their official formation, the team participated in the NNO Cup Season 2 in 2024. However, they only managed third place, losing to 5 Pigs 1 Team.
