Real Madrid's legendary captain Dani Carvajal bids farewell to the Bernabéu.

After playing his final match for the team, Real Madrid's legendary captain Dani Carvajal gave an interview to Real Madrid TV.

Following a solemn tribute ceremony at the Bernabéu Stadium, the veteran player emotionally stated, "It's hard to describe in words. When I stepped onto the pitch and saw the giant tifo made especially for me in the stands and the applause from the entire stadium, I couldn't help but be moved. I'm bringing to a close a wonderful career that I never even dreamed of."

Carvajal spent 23 years at Real Madrid. He emotionally admitted that he was a Real Madrid fan almost from birth, and that he went through all of the club's youth academies, eventually becoming the first captain and winning every possible trophy with the team.

Throughout his 451 appearances for Real Madrid, Carvajal was always fully committed, experiencing countless victories and glories, and also growing during difficult times.

Facing his impending departure, Carvajal expressed his deepest gratitude to the club, the fans, and all the teammates, coaches, and staff he had worked with. He stated that he had always strived to be his most authentic and transparent self in the locker room, hoping that everyone would have fond memories of him.

Although he is about to take off his Real Madrid jersey, Carvajal made a promise to the fans, hoping to return to his home in a new way in the future and continue to contribute to Real Madrid. Carvajal concluded by saying, "I can't ask for more. I feel very happy and fulfilled leaving. We will definitely meet again in the future."
